This policy explains how Pourtek collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website or interact with our online tools.

Effective July 11, 2026

Pourtek, LLC is the entity responsible for the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to the Pourtek marketing website and website-based tools. Separate privacy terms may apply to customer accounts, mobile applications, payment systems, or other Pourtek products and services.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit pourtek.com, submit a contact or demonstration request, use the Profit Simulator, view or use our financing page, or otherwise interact with website features that link to this policy.

It does not necessarily govern information processed through a Pourtek customer account, operator portal, mobile application, point-of-sale integration, RFID or NFC system, payment platform, or other contracted product or service. Those services may be governed by separate agreements, notices, or policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide through forms, email, telephone calls, meetings, or other communications, including:

  • Your name, business name, job title, email address, and telephone number.
  • Venue type, location, project timeline, estimated tap count, budget range, and installation needs.
  • Information about draft systems, refrigeration, installers, integrations, or existing equipment.
  • Your inquiry type, message, requested products or services, and other project details.
  • Any other information you choose to provide to us.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, dates and times of visits, and general interaction data.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic information.
  • Cookie identifiers and similar technology data, where used.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information for purposes including:

  • Responding to inquiries and communicating with you.
  • Scheduling demonstrations, consultations, and follow-up conversations.
  • Preparing proposals, project recommendations, estimates, and related sales materials.
  • Understanding your venue, project requirements, and potential installation needs.

  • Protecting against spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
  • Complying with law, enforcing our agreements, and protecting our rights and the rights of others.
  • Sending marketing or informational communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, and understand website usage. Some of these technologies may be provided by third parties.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. If we deploy a cookie-consent tool, you may also be able to manage eligible cookie categories through that tool.

We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics or similar tools, if enabled. These providers may collect technical and usage data under their own privacy terms.

5. Contact and Demo Forms

When you submit a contact, quote, support, partnership, or demonstration request, we use the information you provide to route the inquiry, evaluate your project, respond to you, and maintain a record of the communication.

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate users from automated traffic. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser, device, network, and interaction with the page for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Form submissions may be transmitted through Resend or another email-delivery provider so that our team can receive and respond to your inquiry.

6. Profit Simulator

The Profit Simulator allows you to enter assumptions about project cost, beverage pricing, keg cost, sales volume, and related operational factors. We may process those inputs to generate estimates in your browser or on our systems.

Unless the page expressly asks you to submit or save results, simulator inputs are intended for calculation and planning purposes. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information into the simulator.

7. Financing Applications

Our financing page may display an embedded application or link provided by APPROVE or another independent financing provider. Information you enter into that application is submitted directly to the financing provider and is governed by that provider's privacy policy and terms.

Pourtek does not control the financing provider's underwriting, approval process, rates, terms, or information-security practices. We may receive limited information about a referral or application status where permitted, but we do not represent that Pourtek receives or stores the full financing application.

8. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate through, maintain, or operate the website and our business.
  • Project partners. Installers, refrigeration providers, draft-system professionals, integration partners, or other vendors when you request or authorize assistance connecting with them.
  • Legal and safety purposes. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, property, and security.
  • Business transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • With your direction or consent. When you ask us to disclose information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Certain disclosures involving analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, depending on how those technologies are configured and where you reside.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including Cloudflare, Turnstile, Resend, APPROVE, mapping services, analytics providers, social platforms, and other business tools. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Pourtek is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, supporting sales and customer relationships, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, accounting, or security requirements.

Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, why it was collected, and applicable legal or operational requirements.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, secure hosting, network protection, and monitoring for abusive activity.

No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. You may also control certain cookies through your browser or any consent controls made available on the website.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a privacy request, email support@pourtek.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
